Delivery generally takes 2-10 business days from completed order. We may notify you if a part or accessory is on back-order. Items are shipped via major U.S. shipping carriers.
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. We put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 calendar days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Contact us to arrange for any returns. A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return. There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.Parts must be in resalable condition, in original box or original packaging with all labels intact and all original hardware and included. We cannot take back used parts. We cannot take back installed or tried parts. Electrical parts are not returnable. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment methods. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
A restocking fee may be charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
Warranty is subject to the policies set by the manufacturer. Please inquire about warranty prior to purchase.

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply. In stock orders ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately. Please note that backordered item can take longer to arrive. We will contact you with an ETA should the order take longer than 6 business days. Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost. Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer. We do not ship internationally. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. We do not ship COD orders. Shipping charges are not refundable.
